bOb Van Reeth is an iconic Belgian architect. The éminence grise of Flemish architecture has devised a number of impressive projects, both in Belgium and abroad. His 50-year career was in 2013 the subject of a retrospective at the Centre for Fine Arts (BOZAR) in Brussels. His work includes the Kazerne Dossin Holocaust museum in Mechelen, Java Island in Amsterdam and Huis Van Roosmalen – known as the black-and-white-striped zebra house – and Zuiderterras in Antwerp. In 1971, the architect and urban planner founded AWG (Architect Work Group). He also lectures in Ghent, Antwerp, Tilburg and Delft. Van Reeth was appointed as the very first Flemish Government Architect, a title that he held for 10 years until 2005. He designed the T-Bone collection for Z-Creations..
